No veteran should have to choose between a safe place to live and the companion animal who stands beside them. We advocate, fund, and support pet-friendly housing for veterans.

Our Mission

Housing should welcome veterans and their pets together.

Across the country, veterans transitioning into housing are often forced to leave their pets behind. Pets & Vets Foundation is led by veterans who believe that a home is not complete without the companion animal who provides comfort, stability, and unconditional love.

We advocate for pet-friendly housing policies, help veterans navigate housing options, and provide emergency support so that pets stay with the people who served.

All proceeds from this site support the Arbecy Foundation's work to expand pet-friendly veteran housing and keep families—both two-legged and four-legged—together.
